General Policies

·      Candle Warmers Etc. prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoiced at the prices at the time of shipment.
·      Sales tax will be added to the invoice where required unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
·      No refunds of sales tax can be made after shipment.
·      Orders can be placed at, by phone at 800-262-2305, or fax at 801-335-3230, Monday - Friday, 8-5 pm Mountain Time.
·      International orders are handled on a credit card basis only using Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
·      Backorders will be filled as soon as possible unless otherwise notified. Shipping charges will apply to all backorders.  

·      While we do our best to ensure that we have enough stock on all our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we do run out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will ship any in-stock items on your order immediately.   
·      Products that are out of stock but will arrive within 21 days of your original order will be back-ordered and will ship as soon as they are available.
·     You will receive an email notifying you what products were back-ordered and an estimated date they will be available to ship. 
·      Back-orders that are less than $50 dollars will automatically be canceled.
·     Any discounts or promotions applied to the original order will also be applied to your backorder.
·      Products that are out of stock for longer than 21 days will be canceled off your order and you will not be charged for that item. You will receive an email notifying you what products were canceled and an estimated availability date that you can re-order the item. 
·     If you want to cancel a backorder, please call Customer Solutions at 800.262.2305 immediately. 
·      Damages due to shipping must be immediately reported to the carrier.
·      All damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
·      Credit will be issued for damaged shipments once paperwork from the carrier is received.

Shipping Policies
·      In normal circumstances, Monday through Friday, we ship via UPS Ground. If you prefer another shipping service, please contact customer service to place your order.
·      We normally ship orders within 5 - 7 days of receipt, during the holidays, orders ship within 10 -14 days of receipt. We strive to keep a full selection of stock available at all times for immediate shipment. In the event of any back orders, partial orders may be shipped with notification included to advise you on expected ship date for your back-ordered item(s).
·      We will quote shipping charges to you on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories outside of the lower 48 states, and to many international destinations.
·      Expedited shipping is available; please contact customer service for details.
·      If the purchaser requires that special routing instructions be followed, handling fees may be assessed on a per box basis. Special routing instructions must be included with every order submitted.
·      All orders are shipped by FedEx from Salt Lake City, Utah. The cost of shipping will be added to the invoice and is based on the total gross weight of all packages.
Refused Shipments
·      On refused shipments, the shipping charges to ship and return the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to your account.
Refund/Returns Policies
·      No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.
·      If the product is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund.
·      If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind, the item will need to be returned at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
·      Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.
·      Candle Warmers, Etc. will not honor claims, returns, or exchanges when our products are purchased through Ebay® or secondary parties.
Restocking Fee
·      15% plus freight on all returns.
